Steps to Success

 

CLARITY

We start your project with a one-hour vision/consult meeting in person or via Zoom to get clarity on the project, timeline, and budgets.  After the meeting, we, give you access to our little black book of vetted contractors, and schedule selected contractors and trades to do the initial walk-through for proposals. We will provide clarity around necessary expenses vs hidden charges. 

 

CONFIDENCE 

We help you step into the project with confidence knowing, you have quality trade sources that won't ghost you.  We will review contracts for you before they are signed,  attend contractor/stakeholder site visits, provide project trackers, and organize the before & after photos on a secure drive that you get lifetime access to.

CONTROL

We will schedule weekly check-ins via phone/zoom or in person, so you feel in control of the project without lifting a finger. As your project nears the final phase, we will be on-site for the final walk-throughs also called blue tape/punch-outs, make sure inspections are passed, facilitate removal of all materials, assist in a thorough clean-up,  provide a final contract review,  and sign-off for final payments.

COMPLETION

We guarantee we will see your project through from start to finish. We know Sonder Luxe Solutions will change how your renovation will flow. We bring calm to the chaos and we’d love the opportunity to prove it to you. If we don't meet your deadline, we will work for free until it's delivered. If the project finishes under budget, we give 50% of those savings back to our clients.
