This "business center" space was being underutilized. Our clients decided they wanted to turn this area into a wine room.

This involves taking out the desk and cabinets, reworking electrical, redoing the flooring, and installing, adding finishing trim, installing glass walls and doors, and of course a featured wine rack on the wall.

This wine room won't take long to complete. It's all about the materials coming in on time.
