I’m Michele, the founding General Contractor. I serve as a homeowner's advocate during renovation projects. I help clients plan the steps of their projects, vet the trades, and gather quotes for owners' review. I also create custom timelines for project completion that align with the budget and homeowners' expectations. 
 

This is my path and purpose.  Home renovations shouldn't be a headache. In recent years, I noticed a trend in the industry where homeowners were frustrated with contractors taking advantage of them, their projects not being completed, and project budgets skyrocketing. I want to change this. When a project begins, I serve as the homeowner's voice when working with vendors. Communication is vital when discussing plans, timelines, and scheduling trades.
