Summerview

Our Summerview Project turned out very elegant and classy. We were hired by Linen and Orchid Interior Design to help them manage the intricacies of this project. This project included:

• Built-ins being removed and rebuilt

• Electrical to add canned lights and dimmer switches

• Electrial panel upgrade

• Butler's pantry converted to a beverage fridge area

• 1/2 wall removed in the kitchen island

• Quartzite countertops installed including the waterfall design

• Quartzite installed on the fire place to make it more modern with a 3d look

• Hardwood Flooring in the Master Bedroom

• Cabinets refinished and painted

• New hardware

• New Kitchen Appliances

• New stair runner

• Wallpaper in back of builtins
