This was one of our punchlist projects where we came in to assist a realtor getting a house ready for the market. The previous contractor had walked off the job and didn't finalize the below items, making it difficult for the homeowner to get the house ready to sell. We were able to knock out this list in a week and a half.

• Baseboards around kitchen cabinets

• Baseboards around bathroom cabinets

• Quarterround to complete transitions between LVP flooring and cabinent bases

• Outlet covers and switch plate covers

• Fireplace mantle caulking and sealing

• Renovation cleaning
