Today on our blog we're sharing a quick behind-the-scenes look at our Summerview project. We'll be sharing more details in our next blog about the services we provided for this project. Along with some pitfalls to avoid. In the meantime enjoy this short video for a look behind the scenes and watch closely. You may see some familiar faces.
The major scope of this project included:
Natural Stone Fabrication - We removed that tired 90's mantel and added in a 3D effect with the stone for the fireplace. We also added a waterfall effect for the kitchen island. The biggest challenge is cutting the thin pieces for the fireplace for the 3D look.
Paint - Everything in this house was tired. Including the paint. The biggest challenge is painting all those cabinet doors and drilling holes for the new upgraded decorative hardware.
Flooring - who doesn't love hardwood in your primary bedroom? Our biggest challenge was getting the stain to match.
Electrical - tape lights in builtins, under cabinets in the kitchen. The biggest challenge was updating all the wires and breakers to code before we could get the new lighting installed.
