Creedmoor

This kitchen was a homeowners diy project. The new owners of this Creedmoor house wanted to repurpose the space in order to have a better flow and make it work for their family.

This involves a full gut down to studs, tearing down a wall and adding in a steel beam, replacing all the cabinets, moving electrical, adding plumbing, framing out an island, hanging drywall and reconfiguring the entire layout of the kitchen.

Because the electrical was all done by the homeowner as a DIY there has been a lot of electrical updates to implement on this project, resulting in inspection having to happen a few times.
